Order processing
Orders placed before 6:00 PM PST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM PST, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day. Our handling time is 1–2 business days.
Delivery estimates
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days for U.S. addresses and 4–7 business days for Canadian addresses. These are estimates and not guaranteed dates.
Carriers
We work with a range of carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional services. The carrier for your order is chosen automatically based on your delivery address and the size of your package. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our warehouse.

All pet food products are packed in sturdy, sealed packaging to help ensure they arrive fresh and intact. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us right away.
